Baby’s first Christmas ornaments you can make yourself! These 8 DIY ornaments for baby’s first Christmas are so cute and fun!
I love doing special things for my babies’ first Christmases. I’ve always been big on Christmas traditions, and it’s so fun to start them when your baby is little!
This year we have another new little guy (okay, nine months isn’t super new) and he gets to celebrate his first Christmas. I’m so excited to do all the things with him. Small things like making gingerbread houses or decorating the Christmas tree can be so special (even if your baby can’t really participate!).
One thing we have done with each of our kids is make special keepsake ornaments to commemorate the occasion! There are lots of cute ornaments that you can buy for your baby, but if you’re extra, that just won’t work.
So today, I want to share eight cute ornaments for baby’s first Christmas that you can make yourself!
Baby’s First Christmas Ornaments You Can Make Yourself
Painted Footprint {via Momista Beginnings}
Baby Stats {via Chicken Scratch NY}
(made with vinyl, but you could also hand-write this)
Hospital Bracelet and Hat {via Thrifty Crafty Girl}
Handprint Mold {via You’re So Martha}
FIrst Christmas Tree Slice {via The Photographer’s Wife}
(perfect if you cut down your own Christmas tree each year)
Baby’s First Christmas {via Sarah’s Vinyl Shop}
(yes, this is one you buy, but you could make this super easy)
Stitched Onesie {via Skip to My Lou}
(I just love the embroidered look on felt!)
Photo Blocks {via Mod Podge Rocks}
Aren’t all of these baby’s first Christmas ornaments fun! I can’t wait to make one for Little R!
The only problem is deciding which one to make! Any suggestions?

These are seriously SO cute! I bought my boys both the same one from Personalization Mall (or something like that), but I really like the idea of making them instead!

I like that they have the same ones! I still need to decide what to do for Little R!
