The best roundup of Halloween costumes for pregnancy. Over 60 ideas for maternity Halloween costumes. Save this for when you’re pregnant!
I love Halloween. And this year is finally the year that I can take advantage of being pregnant and do a cute maternity Halloween costume! I always love seeing what people come up with, and this year I am so excited to use my belly in my costume. Yes, I was pregnant in 2012 during Halloween, but I honestly don’t even remember if we did anything that year (I think it might’ve been the only year like ever that I haven’t dressed up). So this year, I am not letting this opportunity pass! I’ve done my research, I’ve found my favorites, and today, I am sharing over 60 Halloween costumes for pregnancy, along with my top 5 favorites at the bottom!
Some of these costumes are funny, some are creative, some are for couples, and some can be turned into family costumes. So hopefully, this is the only post you need to look at to find a costume for you! I think they can all be made at home, too! And if the costume you like displays a bare belly, you can easily just wear a shirt instead. Just make it work for you!
I tried really hard to find the sources of all of these pictures, but I think a lot of them were either uploaded by people directly to Pinterest, or the links were broken so I had to go with roundups where I found them. Either way, please click through and pin the images from their sources, because none of these images were taken by me.

Okay, now I couldn’t post over 60 Halloween costumes for pregnancy without telling you my favorites. I’m actually going to be dressing up as a gumball machine because I love that one so much (get the tutorial here), and because my second favorite, the wrecking ball, probably isn’t appropriate for our church Halloween party. Or for a mom with two small children. Anyway, my third favorite is the Kool-Aid man, my fourth favorite is the avocado, and my fifth favorite is Humpty Dumpty.
Happy Halloween, mamas!!

All these ideas are SO Cute! I wasn’t pregnant during Halloween with Oliver, and with Jack, I didn’t even look pregnant…so I haven’t gotten to dress up as a pregnant mama. I love these ideas though !

I love this but you have my photo credited to C.R.A.F.T. Or something like that.

Is it the x-ray one? That’s where I found the image, and I couldn’t track down the original source! I’d love to give you proper attribution! Just let me know for sure if it’s the x-ray and where I can find the original image and I’d be happy to give you credit!

The gumball machine is sorta cute but there’s just something sketchy to me about having a 25cent sign over your lady parts. Maybe I’m over thinking it but I had to say it.
Chelsea Johnson says
I mean you could always leave that part off!
