To celebrate the Fourth of July coming up, I thought it would be fun to come up with some delicious Red, White, and Blueberry Toddler Muffins! My kids love muffins, and they are a great breakfast or snack idea!
With a few healthy tweaks to make favorite muffin recipe, we ended up with this delicious and patriotic toddler muffin!
These muffins are made in a mini muffin tray so they are perfect for little mouths, and they have Greek yogurt instead of butter so they are a better-for-you option! Plus with fresh raspberries and blueberries in the mix, how can any toddler turn them down!?
First, blend your wet ingredients until smooth.
Then in a separate bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
Slowly add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Stir in the berries.
Spoon into your greased mini muffin tin.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes and voila! You have a delicious, patriotic, nutritious toddler muffin that’s perfect for the Fourth of July!
